Drop-In Fitness Classes

Be Active on your schedule! With over 50 Drop-In Fitness classes focused on mindfulness and physical activity, there is a class for every interest and schedule. Drop-in Fitness Classes are free for Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) student I.D. holders. Syracuse University and ESF faculty, staff and alumni may purchase a Drop-in Fitness Class pass. All needed equipment is provided.

Use the Wellness Portal to register starting 24-hours before the class and explore descriptions and impact levels. Be Active with the following options.
