IceAbility

“You don’t have to be able-bodied to play, and you don’t have to have a disability to play accessible sports.”

IceAbility is an accessible, adaptive and inclusive sports exposition held annually on the Syracuse University campus, typically in the spring semester. The event is hosted by the Disability Student Union, the Disability Cultural Center, Recreation Services, the Beyond Compliance Coordinating Committee and Move Along, Inc. Attendees can participate in accessible and adaptive ice sports and esports, including curling, skating and sled hockey. The exposition also includes opportunities to interact with community-based organizations, student groups and competitive teams.
