From academic support, professional development, to health and wellness, Syracuse University offers a multitude of digital resources to support your success.

The Blackboard Learn and Community System hosts courses and important course related resources such as syllabi, assignments and grades. Faculty and students will have access to Blackboard courses on a nearly continuous basis, as it supports both in-person and virtual classes. Learn more about Blackboard today!

Degree Works is a web-based tool to help students and advisors monitor a student’s progress toward degree completion. It is designed to facilitate academic advising, but is not intended to replace face-to-face advising. Degree Works combines Syracuse University’s degree requirements and the coursework a student has completed into an easy-to-read worksheet that helps to show a student what courses and requirements that still need to be completed. Handshake is Syracuse University’s centralized career management tool. As a free resource, Handshake hosts available internships, professional employment and professional development opportunities available through ’Cuse Works, alumni and partners.

MySlice is Syracuse University’s online portal to critical information resources for the campus community. As a student, you will access MySlice to complete your annual Student Health Insurance Plan requirement, apply for residential housing, review your Bursar electronic bill (e-bill), register for Orange Alert and more.

As a web-based tool, OrangeSUccess connects students with faculty, academic advisors and more. From providing the opportunity to schedule meetings, supporting academic success, to proactively identifying potential hurdles, OrangeSUccess helps students navigate their college career. Helping enhance communications between students and the health and wellness team, is the Patient Portal.  This secure and confidential digital portal provides students the opportunity to schedule and access appointments, securely communicate with the health and wellness team, access and submit records such as health statements and immunization history, and more.

The Wellness Portal, is a free and convenient digital platform that helps students and campus community members register for health and wellness activities, make reservations and more.
