Students within traditionally online degree programs are not eligible to enroll in or waive the Student Health Insurance Plan.

Due: Forms will be available on MySlice starting the week of Monday, May 17, 2021. The deadline to enroll into or waive out of the Student Health Insurance Plan is Monday, Sept. 20, 2021.

Additionally, this will result in a delay of active insurance coverage and access to insurance cards.
