On-Campus Living Policies, which incorporate the Terms and Conditions of Undergraduate Housing (“Terms and Conditions”), provide a foundation for the acceptable standards of behavior in our on-campus residential communities. Students living in University housing are expected to abide by the On-Campus Living Policies, Housing Terms and Conditions, and the Student Conduct Code.
Alleged violations of the Terms and Conditions and On-Campus Living Policies are resolved through the Student Living Policies Resolution Process. Alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code are resolved according to the Student Conduct Handbook. Where On-Campus Living Policies conflict with Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will take priority.
